ABOUT US
Future Te Aroha is the community’s creative community centre, offering a range of classes and workshops in arts, health & well-being for adults, teens and children.
Since opening in 2001 thousands of children, teens and adults have attended the centre and participated in a variety of activities including performance, music, art, film making and educational courses.
Rooms can also be booked for all sorts of uses, including meetings, group activities, performances and even children's birthday parties.
There are many creative exhibits on display throughout the building so feel free to call in and check out the murals, art installations, and creative multi-media displays - you will be amazed.
Future Te Aroha is a registered charitable trust set up to purchase the Bendon factory building (after its closure in 1999) to become a community and cultural centre.
Proudly funded by: Lottery Board, Trust Waikato, DV Bryant, MPDC, Te Aroha Mountain Lions, Creative Communities, Pub Charity
