Refunds: Tickets purchased are non-refundable. However, in the instance an event is cancelled due to Covid-19, you will be refunded or offered the chance to transfer your tickets if the event is able to be postponed.
Seating: When seat numbers are assigned on a ticket, visitors must sit in their allocated seat. At no time may visitors sit in stairways or in front of exits
